4. Legal Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The legal basis for processing personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation is

  • the individual’s consent (documented, voluntary, specific, informed, and unambiguous)
  • the data controller’s legitimate interest (e.g., customer relationship before contract, employment, membership).

The purpose of processing personal data is to communicate with customers, maintain customer relationships, and for marketing.

Data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Data Content of the Register

The data stored in the register includes: the individual’s name, contact information (phone number, email address, postal address), website addresses, IP address of the network connection, information about ordered services and their changes, billing information, and other information related to the customer relationship and ordered services.

IP addresses of website visitors and cookies essential for the service’s functions are processed based on legitimate interest, for example, to ensure data security and to collect statistical data on website visitors in cases where they can be considered personal data. Consent for third-party cookies is requested separately when necessary.

6. Regular Data Sources

Data stored in the register is obtained from customers, for example, through messages sent via online forms, email, phone, social media services, contracts, customer meetings, and other situations where the customer provides their data.

Contact information for companies and other organizations may also be collected from public sources such as websites, directory services, and other companies.

7. Regular Disclosures of Data and Transfer of Data Outside the EU or EEA

Data is not regularly disclosed to other parties. Data may be published to the extent agreed upon with the customer.

8. Principles of Register Protection

The register is processed with due care, and data processed using information systems is adequately protected. When register data is stored on Internet servers, their physical and digital data security is properly maintained. The data controller ensures that stored data, server access rights, and other critical information for personal data security are handled confidentially and only by employees whose job description requires it.

9. Right of Access and Right to Demand Correction of Data

Every individual in the register has the right to check their data stored in the register and to demand the correction of any incorrect data or the completion of incomplete data. If an individual wishes to check their stored data or demand its rectification, the request must be sent in writing to the data controller. The data controller may, if necessary, ask the requester to prove their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer within the time stipulated by the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).

10. Other Rights Related to Personal Data Processing

An individual in the register has the right to request the deletion of their personal data from the register (“right to be forgotten”). Likewise, data subjects have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as restricting the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing to the data controller. The data controller may, if necessary, ask the requester to prove their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer within the time stipulated by the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).

11. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We update our privacy policy from time to time. After updating our privacy policy, we will also update the “last updated” date found at the beginning of this article.

All updates made to our privacy policy will take effect immediately from the updated date and will supersede previous privacy policies in their entirety.
